2chopped onion
2 cupswheat flour
to tastesalt
1/3 teaspoonajwain roasted and crushed
1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
1/2 teaspoondhaniya powder
1/2 teaspoonamchur
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
pinchhing
as required oil
water as required
as required ghee
1/2 teaspoonkaloji

First take oil in kadai add the onion with salt turmeric chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala,ginger garlic paste and roast it well. Then add this to atta and on that add kalonji and awjwain ghee and make a smooth dough with water and make roti with oil and ghee.
