Wash fish with vineger and drain in the colander, chopped attarugu,onion,tomato,pappe,garlic, ginger put in the pot and pour oil stir for 5 minutes then add water not much cover let it boil when it boiled add fish

Add curry and thyme and seasoning cubes to taste cover for 5 minutes it done.enjoy
