Steps

Cut the chicken into strips

Mix all the rest into a bowk and mix well.

Egg white in another bowl

Using tongs or a fork lift the piece of chicken dip in the egg white.

Then the flour mix and dip into the hot oil.( try first with a little flour if it bubbles quick its ready hot enough

Then hold in the hot oil for a secound so as it does not go to the bottom and stick.Do these in batches 4 or 5 at a time.serve these with a nice Salad. Or in a wrap with salad.

Drain off on kitchen roll for a few minutes

Add to a serving dish with a salad
