Methi Ringan nu Shaak Bajra no rotlo

Wash and cut Brinjal.

Wash methi.

Pound ginger garlic.

In a pan add oil. Once hot add mustard seeds and asafoetida. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add Brinjals and bhaji. Add all masalas. Cover and cook it for 10-12 minutes.

In a bowl take flour add salt. Add water and knead dough.

Make rotla.

Cook it on earthen tava.

Serve bajra roti with methi Ringan sabji, curd, butter and jaggery.. Happy winter..
