Washed the dal and rice. Add 1 glass water

Cooked for 3 whistle in cooker.
Drain excess water from it. Keep a side this water for Masala Sar and also 1 small bowl of this dal mixture. - 3
In between knead the dough. Keep aside.
Now blend it mixer or from puran yantra till very smooth consistency. - 4
Take this mixture in pan on slow flame. Continuously rotate the spatula otherwise it will stick to pan.
when it comes to little thick add sugar step by step. Mix well. It will b little thin. - 5
Heat it till thick enough. Keep Take little dough, roll it, fill the puran and closed very carefully like Modak. Make roti and roast it from both side with ghee
