Ladies rump steak with roasted vegetables

Dry the meat with paper towel and add salt pepper and balsamic vinegar, keep it for marination. Meanwhile prepare the vegetables.

Cut all the vegetables into medium sized chunks add seasonings and put the in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minute. Keep turning the vegetables.

Add some oil into a big pan on high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the steaks, don’t move for a minute, once it’s crusty and brown on one side, flip it over.

Add garlic and rosemary. Brown the corners the same way. This will be well done in 10 minutes.

Take it off the heat and wait for 4/5 minutes before slicing it. This help in absorbing the juice back into the meat. Add the boiled beans into the same pan on high heat to sauté.

Serve with vegetables
