Steps

Remove the seeds from dates. Cut it into small pieces.

Blend the dates. Cut the walnut and cashews in small pieces.

Dry roast it and keep aside. Dry roast poppy seeds also and keep aside.

Heat the ghee in a pan on low flame. Add dates puree and fry it for few minutes. Then add roasted dry fruits and stir well. Add roasted poppy seeds and mix well.

Switch off the gas. Grease the hand and roll it into the cylindrical shape.

Let it cool down completely. Cut it into small pieces.
