Grease a baking tin & dust it with flour & set aside. Preheat a oven to 180°c on both sides.

Sieve maida with Cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda & keep aside.

In a mixing bowl beat butter & sugar for 5mins, then add curd & again mix well for 2mins, then add chocolate essence & mix well, then add all the dry ingredients (maida etc) & slowly add milk & make a batter.

Pour the batter into a baking tin & bake it in a preheated oven for 35 mins over 180°c.

Once the cake is done, let it cool for 15-20mins & unmould it in a plate & immediately pour warm chocolate ganache over it & let it rest for 2 hours in the fridge, after 2 hours remove from the fridge & cut it in squares, grate some chocolate over it & sprinkle some choco chips & serve.
