Cut, then mush with a fork, even portions of Swiss roll(or cake) into individual bowls.

Open the tin of fruit and carefully pour equal amounts of just the juice over the cake. Then mush again with the fork until the cake has absorbed the liquid

Tip equal portions of fruit into the bowls and spread out over the surface.

Whisk the instant whip mix into 1/2 pint of milk until thick and creamy. Pour equal amounts over each serving. Put in fridge for at least 30 minutes to set, then enjoy!!
