Ingredients

1 cupmaida/all purpose flour
2 tablespoonrice flour
2 tablespoongrated coconut
2chopped green chilli
1 tablespoonschopped ginger and garlic
1 tablespoonchopped curry leaf
1 tablespoonschopped coriander leaf
1 teaspoonsugar
1small onion chopped
1/2 cupcurd
to tastesalt

Steps

1

Prepare thick batter by mixing flour, curd, salt, sugar and water. keep it for 1 hour.

Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Heat oil in a frying pan and put round shaped dough into oil by hand.

Fry till golden-brown colour.

Serve hot with mint chutney.
