Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida/all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoonrice flour
  • 2 tablespoongrated coconut
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • 1 tablespoonschopped ginger and garlic
  • 1 tablespoonchopped curry leaf
  • 1 tablespoonschopped coriander leaf
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare thick batter by mixing flour, curd, salt, sugar and water. keep it for 1 hour.

    Add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and put round shaped dough into oil by hand.

    Fry till golden-brown colour.

    Serve hot with mint chutney.
