Just wanted to be creative and eat without meat
Steps

Your rice is already cooked so just leave aside

Thinnely slice your vegetables excluding onion

Chop your onion finely

On a pan pour oil and water

Add your vegetables And leave to steam

Add Benny spice and stir

After few minutes they will start to fry

When they a bit crunchy add your rice and stir

Add butter and mix

Leave for few minutes and ready to serve
