Per boil yam, semi fry & set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped tomatoes, bonnet pepper, ginger & garlic, stir fry a bit. Add salt & seasoning. Add baby onions, let it simmer a bit. Add the yam fingers and stir, add crushed moringa leaves, cover with a lid and let it simmer. Serve.
