Multiple Sliders

OK to be honest I'm not a fan of turkey yes it's true. So I am even a less fan of leftover turkey. The only reason I eat or cook turkey is because the rest of my family want it for the holidays. So I am eating something different instead of leftover turkey. Guess what everyone wanted what I was making. So I ate what I wanted and anything leftover they ate it, but my second oldest granddaughter got the leftover sliders, and ate them like a dinosaur, lol!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Slice the tomato, and the onion. I used 75/35 so that the onion had plenty of juices to cook in. You pay the same for the fat and the lean when you buy the meat so use every bit of it you can, yes?
- 2
Heat a frying pan hot. Mix the meat with the garlic, kosher salt, and pepper.
- 3
Form into patties about 2-1/2 inches in diameter. 1/2 inch thick. Then fry in pan. Keep the juices of the patties in the pan.
- 4
As the patties get done move to a paper towel to absorb excessive amounts of oil.
- 5
Add the sliced onions to the juices of the patties on the second batch. Season the onion with seasoned salt.
- 6
Get the rolls ready.
- 7
On the second batch of patties add the cheese.
- 8
Now add the second batch to the paper towel.
- 9
When the onions are done move to a paper towel to absorb excessive amounts of oil.
- 10
Make three different types of sliders. Cheeseburger, hamburger, and tomato. Add mayonnaise to the rolls then one of the three options. Top all three with onions. Also all three have tomato.
- 11
Put the tops on and your done. Serve I hope you enjoy!!

Sliders charcuterie board Sliders charcuterie board
I made this slider board for my birthday, but this would be great for game day or any occasion or a regular family dinner . I also had a salad option to go with this meal ( the Olive Garden house salad copycat) this was quick and easy something for everyone, make your own slider night is always a hit and severing it like this is just a fun way for people to make their own and grab whatever. Add whatever toppings you like. I was very mindful on what my family likes i do have picky eaters so thats why the topping on my board doesn’t look like much I don’t like to waste food and I know they won’t eat , (the lettuce came for the salad that I picked out ) snackle time -
Spaghetti sliders Spaghetti sliders
Just something different to do with spaghetti. i’d serve this with a Caesar salad or a side salad . This would be great to use if you had some leftover spaghetti...( this reminds me of taking a piece of bread and butter and putting spaghetti on it and making a roller over sandwich when I was growing up)This is a very easy dinner and takes no time to make on them busy day’s/nights.youtu.be/u0x1NIayLrc 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈
