Baked boneless butterfly pork chops
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and poor it in a baking pan.
Mix 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of milk, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Dip the pork chops in the egg and put them in the pan.
Sprinkle garlic powder, meat tendorizor, and seasoned salt on the pork chops.
Cook the pork chops for 10 to 15 minutes, then flip them over and put seasoning on the other side, cook them for 10 to 15 more minutes, flip again cook for 10 minutes then flip them for a last time and smother them in country bobs barbecue sauce put them back in for 5 mins and they're done.
