  • 3eggs
  • 3 Tbspcream cheese
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Separate the eggs. Whip the egg whites until very stiff. Mix egg yolks and cream cheese together well, stirring in baking powder.

  2. 2

    Gently fold the egg whites into yolk mixture. Try to keep the air in the whites.

  3. 3

    Put 6-8 scoops on baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden.

Couldn't get the whites whipped. Tried for about 20 min and gave up. Mixed them together anyway. Put them on the baking sheet and in the oven. Came out like an egg tortilla. Tasted like a salty egg tortilla. I think I'm going to fry some egg patties instead, alot less work too.
