Ingredients

  1. 200 gmmaida
  2. 100 gmmoong split dal
  3. 1 teaspooncoriander seeds
  4. 1 teaspoonsaunf
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  7. 1 tea spoondry mango powder
  8. 1/2 tsp hing
  9. Oil for frying
  10. to tasteSalt according

Cooking Instructions

    Take maida and add two tablespoon oil and add salt mix it well and make a dough

  2. 2

    Take a pan put two tablespoon oil and add coriander seeds, hing, saunf, moong daal, turmeric and chilli powder and cook it till it gets soft. Then add dry mango powder and salt according to your taste and let it cool

    Make small puris from the dough and stuff it with moong daal mixture and make small balls out of it

    Heat up the appa pan(easily available in market) and add some oil and add small balls in it cook it till it gets light brown

  5. 5

    Appa kachori is ready to eat surve it with sweet chutney
