Ingredients

10 mins
  • 4small mbuta (fried)
  • 3tomatoes chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • Cooking oil salt
  • Traditional vegetable
  • Salt

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Fry onions till brown the add tomatoes then cook till softened

  2. 2

    Add salt and any other spice of your choice

  3. 3

    Add little water as soup and cook for a while

  4. 4

    Add mbuta and cook for 5mins

  5. 5

    Serve with Ugali and traditional vegetable
