Garden Egg sauce and boiled yam

Boil your yam and set aside. Then get this ingredients ready.

Blend half of onions + crafish + pepper and set aside.

Wash and Cut garden egg to small size and boil for 2mins. Use a mashing spoon or motar to pound the cooked garden egg.

In a frying pan heat up Palm oil

Add onion + salt and fry for 20seconds. Add the blended crafish+pepper+onion and allow to fry for more 10seconds.

Add Maggi cube and the mashed garden egg and turn well. Cover and allow to steam for 5min then bring down.

Serve with boiled yam.
