Ingredients

  1. 250 gmboiled arbi
  2. 1 tspfennel seeds powder
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 2green chilli
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1 tspmango powder
  7. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  8. pinchhing
  9. 1/2 tspajwain
  10. to tastesalt
  11. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add hing and ajwain when splutters add all dry spices and roast it

  2. 2

    Now add boiled arbi and roast the arbi on low flame for 5 minutes.

    Serve with paratha
