Ingredients

  1. For stuffing :
  2. 2 cups crumbled paneer
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1/2 tbspamchur powder
  5. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tbspgaram masala
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1Green chilli finely chopped
  9. as neededcoriander leaves finely chopped
  10. For dough.
  11. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  12. to tastesalt
  13. as neededGhee
  14. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl take crumbled paneer, add chilli powder, garam masala, aamchur powder and salt.
    also add green chilli and coriander leaves.mix well. Your stuffing is ready.
    In other mixing bowl, take wheat flour add salt.
    add water and knead the dough.grease the dough with a tbsp of ghee and rest for atleast 20 minutes.

    Take a medium sized ball dough, roll it. Keep stuffing in the center.take the edge and start pleating bringing to center.and press the pleats from center.sprinkle some flour and roll it. on a hot tava roast the paratha from both sides.
    add ghee and press slightly.serve hot paneer paratha with sauce, raita or pickle.
