Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 CupMissi roti flour
  • 1 Cupchopped methi leaves
  • 2Chopped green chilli
  • 2 Tbspoil for kneading the dough
  • 4 Tbspoil for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kneading bowl mix together all the ingredients with the help of water.

    To make a stiff dough.

    Divide the dough into equal size balls.

  4. 4

    Flatten the balls into thick round paratha.

  5. 5

    Roll like paratha and place the parathsa over the hot tawa,as soon as look like brown.

  6. 6

    Applying oil on both sides.

  7. 7

    Take off the pan and serve hot
