First wash the green veggies properly and boil them in a pressure cooker with a pinch of salt and sugar to retain the green colour

Now take a pan and add desi ghee to it. Sauté chopped onion till they got transparent in colour. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté well. Add tomatopuree and mix well

Add cornmeal and all the spices to the mixture and cook until the gravy leaves the ghee out. Dip boiled green veggies to chilled water and strain. And then put them into a mixer jar to make a fine paste. Add this paste to the gravy. Mix well add 1 tbsp fresh cream to it and cook until the oil comes out

Now make a semi soft dough to make canapés. Mix all the ingredients and add water to make a semi soft dough. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it on your hand and then put it in cupcake mould to make a canapé. Make all the canapés like that. Brush some ghee or oil and bake them in a preheated oven at 180• c for 20-25 minutes

Now your canapés and sarson ka saag is ready to serve. Put some saaf in each canapés and place a dollop of butter on it and serve hot.
