Steps
- 1
Cut your beef into cubes and place into a sufuria with some water, salt and let them cook until all the water has dried up.
- 2
Add in cooking oil enough to cook it.
- 3
Add in onions, garlic and ginger paste and let them cook until they start to brown.
- 4
Add in tomatoes, capsicum and tomato paste and let them cook until the tomato is tender and juicy.
- 5
Add in tumeric, beef masala, paprika and add some hot water and let it simmer.
- 6
After 5 minutes add in more water(the water should be on the same level as the beef) and let it boil until it's nice and thick. Taste the soup so that you can adjust the seasoning if need be.
- 7
After 7 -10minutes it should be ready, put out the fire and let it rest for a minute.
- 8
Serve with chapati, rice, mokimo or ugali and vegetables on the side and enjoy 😋😋.
