In a pot with very little water and salt,add ur left over yam and Cook for 4-5 mins and set aside.

While still hot,mash together with ur left over stew and out back on d fire to cook for 1-2 mins.

Ur mashed yam is ready, u can garnish with ur eggs and tomatoes.
