Soak the urad daal overnight

Grind the soaked daal and make smooth batter

Take this batter in a mixing bowl. Stir it 5-6 min till batter becomes more fluffy

Heat the oil in a pan, when oil becomes hot add batter ball filled with 2-3 raisins in the oil and fry till golden, drain it on tissue paper.

In another bowl take warm water add some salt in it now soak the vada in it for 10 min.

Remove the excess water, place the vada in surving bowl. Pour smooth curd over it and then add tamarind and green chutney and little chat masala.

Garnish with some pomegranate seeds and some dry fruits.
