Steps

In a blender add half of the corns churn it until half grated.

In a bowl add half boiled and half grated corn capsicum gram flour rice flour ginger garlic paste green chillies salt red chilli powder cumin powder chaat masala and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Add little bit of water and mix well and make thick batter.

Heat oil in a kadhai at medium heat. Take small portion of corn mixture and drop in oil and deep fry them till they are nice golden brown and crispy.

Take the fritters out on a paper towel to drain extra oil.

Switch off the flame.

Crispy Corn Fritters are ready to serve.

Serve them hot with green chutney sweet chutney or tomato ketchup.
