Steps

At first take 2 apple and wash them with water.

Peel the apples and grate them.

Heat the pan and add 2 teaspoon ghee.

Then add grated apple and saute them till they change colour.

When the apple change colour, then add 2 teaspoon sugar and saute again for 2 minutes.

Turn off the flame and remove the sauted apples in a bowl.

Chop all dry fruits(cashew nuts, pistachio, almonds).

Now boil 1 liter milk in low flame.

When it reduce to half of it's quantity, then add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder.

Now add chopped dry fruits.

When it become perfect kheer consistency, then add sauted apples and mix it well together. Cook it for another 2 - 3 minutes.

Then cool it and serve.
