Ingredients

  • 250 gmgrated lauki(bottle gourd)
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to taste ginger chilli paste
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 tspoil
  • as neededMix flour
  • 1 1/2 cup jowar ka atta
  • Mix flour recipe
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1 cupmix dal (urad dal, moong dal, tuvar dal and chana dal)

    Grate lauki and add all spices and flour

    And make oval shape muthiya

  3. 3

    And keep it on medium flame for 20 minutes
