Ingredients

  • 2 cupsRice(Leftover)
  • 3 tbspCapsicum finely chopped
  • 3 tbspCarrot finely chopped
  • 4 tbspOnions finely chopped
  • 2Green chilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 CupPaneer grated
  • 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspChaat masala
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 cupSemolina
  • 2 tbspCorn flour or as required
  • 2 tbspCurd
  • As neededOil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a blending jar add rice and mash well.

  2. 2

    Left oil and add all ingredients in meshed rice and mix well.

  3. 3

    Take a plate and greased with oil and spread mixture evenly. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes to set.

  4. 4

    Now cut into desire shape.

  5. 5

    Take a pan and heat oil for shallow fry in medium heat.

  6. 6

    Fry them until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Insert ice cream stick into the baars.

  8. 8

    Our Rice Namkeen Bars are ready to serve.
