Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • as neededSome dry fruits (chopped Almonds, rinish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a boil water add sugar, sugar till melts..

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a wok add wheat flour stir fry till golden brown..

    Add sugar syrup and stir constantly on high flame until required consistency is achieved..garnish with dry fruits...

    Tasty halwa is ready to serve...
