Onion medium size finely chopped
Salt(optional)

Add 50 ml oil to the cooking pot, onions and the greens. Sprinkle salt

Cover the pot and cook in medium heat. After the greens shrink. Stir to mix everything. Cook for 5/7 minutes

Serve when hot
