  • 1basic focaccia bread recipe
  • 3/4 cpineapple chunks, chopped
  • 1/2 cpizza sauce
  • 1/4 csliced blanched almonds, toasted
  • 1 Tcinnamon
  • 3/4 cham, chopped
  • 1 cshredded Mozzarella cheese

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Make bread according to Wheat Belly Cook Book.

  3. 3

    Spread sauce on crust. Layer almonds, cinnamon, pineapple, ham and cheese.

    Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
