**YUM. This smells so good baking in the oven! Will need to tweak some - more sauce and a little sweetner. Maybe replace some of liquid with pineapple juice.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1basic focaccia bread recipe
  2. 3/4 cpineapple chunks, chopped
  3. 1/2 cpizza sauce
  4. 1/4 csliced blanched almonds, toasted
  5. 1 Tcinnamon
  6. 3/4 cham, chopped
  7. 1 cshredded Mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Make bread according to Wheat Belly Cook Book.

  3. 3

    Spread sauce on crust. Layer almonds, cinnamon, pineapple, ham and cheese.

    Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
