Steps

Wash and cut vegetables length wise.

Add salt and keep over night.

Next day drain the water.

Grind mustard and methi coarsely
- 5
Add all dry ingredients and lime juice to the vegetables.

Temper it with oil mustard and hing.
- 7
Mix well.Stays good and crisp for one month in refrigerator
