Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Fresh tomatoes
  3. Fresh pepper
  4. Curry
  5. Butter
  6. Titus fish
  7. Salt and seasoning
  8. Green beans
  9. Carrot

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the rice and set aside

  2. 2

    Wash the fresh tomatoes and pepper put it in an empty pot cover it and put it on fire, don't add water

  3. 3

    After 10 mins, blend the tomatoes and fry the stew.

  4. 4

    To fry the stew put butter in a dry pot on a low medium heat, add onions and the paste

  5. 5

    When the stew is fried add water that will be enough to cook the rice. Add seasoning and salt to taste, curry. Add the rice when the water starts boiling

  6. 6

    When the rice is cooked add the carrot and green beans

  7. 7

    Garnish with sliced cucumber and cabbage and fried fish
