In big plate take white flour, cheese, pizza seasoning, salt, pizza sauce, butter, baking soda,

Mix properly

Now add cold milk, mix nicely to make a dough

Dough should not be too soft and allow it rest for 10 - 15min

Divide the dough into 6-7 equal portion, and make balls

Roll this balls into a thin sheet dust some flour, thinness should be just like papad,

Cut into small square shape with knife. Or pizza cutter

Deep Fry the prepared cheeselings on low flame, in batches until it becomes light golden and crispy.

Remove and drain excees oil

Store in air tight container.
