Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 400 gmPaneer
  • 3 table spoonrefind oil
  • 6-7medium tomatoes grinded
  • 1 bowlfresh cream or Malai
  • 3medium size chopped onion
  • 1diced tomato
  • 2medium Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 bowlPeas
  • 1/2diced onion
  • 1/2 tea spoonkashmiri mirch (M.The.Hai)
  • 1/2 tea spoondegi mirch
  • 1/2 tea spooncumin seeds
  • 2 tea spooncoriander powder
  • 2 tea spoonkitchen king masala
  • 2 pieceroasted red chilli
  • As neededcoriander leaves to garnish
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First we dice the paneer in the desirable size and marinate in a glass of milk.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan on medium flame. add 2 tb. spoon refind oil,wait till the oil is hot & then add cumin seeds then add chopped onions roast till colour changes to light pinkish.

  3. 3

    Add coriander powder, kitchen king masala,degi mirch and kashmiri mirch roast for a while then add a tb. spoon water.

  4. 4

    After that add 1 bowl of fresh cream or malai roast till the oil separates.

  5. 5

    Then add grinded tomatoes & add salt acc.to taste turn the flame to sim.

  6. 6

    Heat another nonstick pan on medium flame add 1tb. spoon oil & saute onions, capsicum & peas later on add diced tomatoes & turn the flame off.

  7. 7

    Now we take our first pan with tomato gravy & add marinated paneer with milk and all saute vegetables and mix well cook for a while.serve hot
