Steps

First we dice the paneer in the desirable size and marinate in a glass of milk.

Heat the pan on medium flame. add 2 tb. spoon refind oil,wait till the oil is hot & then add cumin seeds then add chopped onions roast till colour changes to light pinkish.

Add coriander powder, kitchen king masala,degi mirch and kashmiri mirch roast for a while then add a tb. spoon water.

After that add 1 bowl of fresh cream or malai roast till the oil separates.

Then add grinded tomatoes & add salt acc.to taste turn the flame to sim.

Heat another nonstick pan on medium flame add 1tb. spoon oil & saute onions, capsicum & peas later on add diced tomatoes & turn the flame off.

Now we take our first pan with tomato gravy & add marinated paneer with milk and all saute vegetables and mix well cook for a while.serve hot
