Crispy spinach fritters

In a bowl put gram flour, add all dry ingredients and mix well.

Then add 1 tsp oil and water to make a pakora batter.

Beat the batter for 5 minutes to make it fluffy. Now keep it aside for 15 minute.

Then mix it again.

Then heat the oil in a deep pan or kadahi. Now put one spinach leaf in a bowl and cover it with batter. And fry it in oil on medium high flame till golden and crisp.

Take out the fritters from oil on paper napkin.

Repeat this method with all leaves. U can fry as many as u can in one time but make sure not to overlap each other.

Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
