  1. 3large bananas(matoke)
  2. Onions
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Red and yellow bell peppers
  5. 1/2 cupcooked peas
  6. Turmeric
  7. Chilli
  8. Coconut oil
  9. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your bananas. Prep your onions, tomatoes and peppers.

  2. 2

    Sauté your onions and tomatoes, add your peppers.

    Add the matoke, add some water and let it cook.

    Add your spices and peas. At this point you can also add your soup of choice(broth, royco etc). Let it simmer for a short while for the flavours to fuse.
