Beat butter till nice fluffy add icing sugar and beat well, add cornflour and essence mix it well, add little by little flour to make soft dough if using piping bag or biscuit machine.
If using cutter make a little stiff though not very stiff.
Bake in oven on 190-200 C till all done, let it cool then can decorate with chocolate.
