Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 750 gmsGajar/carrot
  2. 400 mlmilk (full cream)
  3. 3/4 bowlsugar (as per taste)
  4. 8-10cashew nuts (cut inhalf)
  5. as neededalmond / badam – 8 to 10 pcs (cut in half)
  6. 3/4 bowl desi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel & Wash the Carrots, Grate them

  2. 2

    In a Thick Bottom Pan heat Ghee

  3. 3

    Add Dry Fruits & Fry them till they are little golden & take them out in a bowl

  4. 4

    Put Carrot in the same Pan, Cook the Carrots for 3-4 minutes till they become soft

  5. 5

    Add Milk,Mix Well & Let the Milk Comes to Boil

  6. 6

    Let it cook in Medium Flame till the Milk is reduced by 75%

  7. 7

    Add Sugar.Mix It Well

  8. 8

    Keep Low Flame & Cook for another 20-25 minutes

  9. 9

    Cook until Milk Evaporates

  10. 10

    Dish is Ready,Garnish it with Dry Fruits
