  • 1onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1tspn tumeric powder
  • 1tspn garam masala
  • 1 tbspnvinegar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1tspn black pepper

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry the onions in cooking oil to golden brown

    Add tomatoes,black pepper, garam masala, tumeric,salt thn cover and simmer

    Pour your beaten eggs and stir occasionally till they're crumbled.
