First take grated beetroot in a bowl, add grated ginger,salt,chilli powder, cumin powder amchur powder and mix well then add the atta and combine well. Once done slowly add the water as required to make a soft dough, let the water be warm not hot, rotis will come out soft.

Now take a small portion of the dough roll it in a round shape and place it on a hot tawa and cook on both side. Serve hot.
