Roast Mangodi and keep aside

Boil peas in 2 cup water and do not drain it.

Mix besan and curd with 2 glass water and add 1/2 tsp haldi powder

In a bowl mix all dry masala with some water and prepare a mixture

In a heavy bottom pan boil Mangodi with matar for 2 min
- 6
Add besan and curd mixture and cook for 15 minutes

Heat oil in Tadka pan hing,dana methi, dry chilli, rai,chopped garlic, curry leaves and masala mixture. Fry a little. Mix the masala paste and cook for 1 minute.

Mix with cooked sabji

Garnish with chilli and coriander
