  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 1 cupMawa
  4. 1/2 kgMilk
  5. 2 tbspGhee
  6. 3-4Green cardomom
  7. 6-7 slicesAlmonds for garnishing

  1. 1

    Take a pan boil milk then add grated carrots and let it cook.

  2. 2

    Add ghee,sugar, cardamom powder and mawa keep stirring continuously until the halwa gets dried.Sprinkle almonds and serve.
