Lemu porridge is a savory porridge made from real rice not rice flour.
This porridge is usually eaten using Opor Ayam ( chicken in coconut milk and egg ) or Sambal Tumpang ( fermanted soybean in bone soup ).
It tastes good and tasty because it is cooked with thick coconut milk.

Ingredients

  1. 100 gramrice, wash and soak for a while
  2. 1 literswater
  3. 2bay leaves
  4. 1 piecespandang leaves
  5. 1lemongrass bruised
  6. 500 gramthick coconut milk
  7. 2 teaspoonsalt

Steps

    Boil rice with bay leaves, pandan leaves, and lemongrass, until soft.

  2. 2

    Add the coconut milk and salt, stirring constantly until the pulp thickens and smooth, lift it.
