Ingredients

  1. 1 cupyellow mung daal
  2. 1 cupchopped Paalak
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 8garlic cloves
  5. 1small onion
  6. 1small tomato
  7. Salt, turmeric, coriander cumin powder as per taste
  8. 1 tbspOil
  9. 1 tspcumin
  10. 1 tspasafoetida

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker boil daal and Paalak.

    Chop garlic, tomato, onion in a chopper.

    In a handi take oil. Add cumin. Add asafoetida. Now add chopped vegetables and saute it. Add all masalas and roast until oil separates.

    Open the cooker and mix daal and Paalak with spoon.

    Add this daal to sauteed veggies. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
