3 pcssausage
1/2onion, cut
2 clovesgarlic, diced
Sauce
1 tbstomato sauce
1/2 tbsOyster sauce
1/2 tbssweet soy sauce
To tastesugar, pepper, salt
100-150 mlwater

Cut the sausage thinnly

Mix all the sauce all together

Stir fry onion and garlic until it becomes light brown, add the sausage. Stir fry for 2 min with medium heat

Add the sauce, and adjust the taste
