In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Sugar, grounded cardamon, blue band and baking powder.

Start kneeding the dough with the warm milk untill soft kneed for 6 mins. Let it rest for 30mind

After 30 mins take the dough and cut it into any desired shape.

Put oil in a pan and let it shika Moto for about 5 mins then start frying your maandazi.

Enjoy with your tangawizi tea.
