Make pineapple jelly and let it cool. Then use a fork to mash it up creating small jelly crystals.

Put the pineapples in a blender and blend till all the pineapple is blended resulting in 2 cups of pineapple puree.

In a large bowl, add cream, pineapple jelly and the pineapple puree. Mix until fully incorporated. Then set aside in the freezer for atleast 20 minutes. Serve chilled.
